Yes, subject to availability. Early check-in is free from 10:00 Sunday to Thursday and from 12:00 on Fridays, Saturdays and holidays; arriving earlier (from 07:00) costs R300. Late check-out is free until 12:00 Sunday to Thursday, then R150 per extra hour. On Fridays, Saturdays and holidays it is R300 per extra hour after a short grace period. Request it here.

The front desk is open from 06:00 to midnight. Our WhatsApp assistant (+27 60 963 2170) is available 24/7: it answers questions about rates, rooms, dining, extras and enquiries, and hands over to our team when needed. To speak to a person, call +27 10 010 8148. Security is on site 24 hours a day.

Yes. Children aged 0 to 5 stay free. Children aged 6 to 12 pay R400 per night. Guests over 12 are charged the adult rate. Our Deluxe King Suites are ideally for two guests and take one child aged 0 to 12; for an extra person we suggest a Two-Bedroom Executive Suite.

All our rooms are non-smoking. We have a smoking area, shown to every guest at check-in.

Yes. We have secure, covered parking.

Cancellations must be made in writing. All cancellations carry a 10% admin fee. Cancelling 21 days or less before arrival is charged 25% of the booking value, 14 days or less 50%, and 7 days or less 100%. Please read the full cancellation policy.

Deluxe King Suites and Two-Bedroom Executive Suites are air-conditioned. Standard King and Standard Queen rooms are fan-cooled (no air-conditioning).

It depends on the rate you choose. Our booking engine offers Bed & Breakfast and Room-only rates. Breakfast is served from 06:30 to 10:30, and you can add a full breakfast to any stay for R200 per person.

Breakfast is served 06:30 – 10:30. The restaurant is open 09:00 – 22:00 and the bar 13:00 – 23:00 (the bar can vary). The pool and gym are open 06:00 – 20:00. The restaurant, bar and spa are run by the hotel.
