How it works
- Join online in three steps: your name and email, a one-time code to confirm, then secure payment via PayFast. Your membership starts once the payment is confirmed. Launch offer: Silver membership for R1,000 with a 10% bonus (R1,100 credit), first 10 members only. Non-refundable; credit can be used for everything at the hotel. After that, join by buying in at the normal price (Silver R10,000, Gold R50,000) or the Black Friday price, or qualify automatically through spend (R10,000 for Silver, R50,000 for Gold). Monte La Vue is a participating property in Indawo Loyalty, run by Indawo AI.
- Get Silver or Gold status: status needs the qualifying spend or a buy-in. Silver: buy in for R10,000 of credits, or automatic once you have spent R10,000 with us. Gold: buy in for R50,000, or automatic with proven spend of R50,000.
- Show your digital member card (QR code or barcode) at check-in.

Your digital member card
Every member is issued a Silver or Gold digital card (there are only two cards; the R1,000 launch offer buys you into Silver) showing your member number (IL- plus digits) with a barcode and QR code. Show it (QR code or barcode) at check-in. Your card appears once your membership is active.
Members can download their card as a PNG or PDF from their member page. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are coming soon.
